      There is functionality, honesty and beauty in taking the finest materials and shaping them into a premium quality knife. Our goal with the S series is to make a production knife that any custom knifemaker would be proud to offer. It is all metal (with the exception of the Teflon® bearing) and nothing is synthetic or molded—both the blade and handle are precision CNC machined. We believe the result is one of the finest and longest-lasting titanium production folders you can buy anywhere.
      The S-2 incorporates our Frame Lock design that serves as one of the most secure, safe and strong blade locks known. The Frame Lock is ingeniously designed as an integral part of the 6AL4V titanium handles, so no separate locking liner is needed. The unique geometry of the Frame Lock transfers the load straight through the arced lock arm into the mid-frame and keeps the contact line of the blade and lock together even under the most extreme high loads. As the blade is gripped, additional pressure is applied to the lock arm, thus increasing safety while the S-2 is in use.
      The handle is fine bead blast finished to “grip you back”, and the curved shape is designed to fit any hand comfortably.  One-hand opening is smooth and fast; assisted by the Teflon bearings. As the blade is fully rotated open, the Frame Lock snaps soundly in place to guarantee a powerful lock-up. Double grooved thumb studs on the blade allow ambidextrous, one-hand opening.
    The hollow ground AUS 118 stainless steel blade has outstanding edge retention, and is CNC machined for accuracy. It features a ramped spine with broad friction grooves for safety and better blade control. Both Razor-Sharp and Combination Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point serrated blades are available. Stainless steel spacers and Torx® fasteners make for an incredibly rigid assembly. The final touch is a removable Teflon-plated stainless steel clothing/gear clip.
