              After Knifemaker's Guild member Ed Halligan adapted his original K.I.S.S.® design for CRKT production, he was admiring his new Delilah custom knife model.  Something clicked.  "How about a little K.I.S.S. with a Wharncliffe blade?"  Ed immediately went to work and came up with the Precision Engineered Compact Knife-or P.E.C.K.® (patented).  It's less than 1 oz. and only 2.7 inches long when closed.  Just think of it as a sweet little K.I.S.S
              There are only two major components, the blade and handle.  Both are precision fine blanked, which produces parts of superior fit and finish for maximum performance.  The ingenious Frame Lock™ is part of the handle.  It's strong, safe and positive, and snaps crisply into position when the blade is rotated open. 
              The grooved thumb stud and Teflon® blade bearings make one-hand opening and closing smooth and easy.  When the graceful Wharncliffe blade is closed against the tear drop shaped handle, the 1.63" Razor-sharp cutting edge is "sealed" from harm's way.  Open, it's a high performance cutting tool.  A stainless steel pocket clip (or money clip) complete this little work of art.
