Many shooters feel the front sight on the AR-15/M16 restricts their field of view and
distracts them when using optics. Our new fold down front sight, designed in
cooperation with the professionals at Sporting Arms West (S.A.W.) solves this
problem. The sight is rapidly deployable, being able to be raised or lowered quickly  as needed. This unique sight permanently replaces the standard front sight and uses the AR-15 front sight components. With its smooth, low profile design it won't snag when moving quickly through brush or buildings. The unit also utilizes Uncle Mike's Q. D. sling mounting hardware (available from GG&G), and comes with or without bayonet lug.
