LPS shall not release, copy, distribute or convey any of our customers'/clients' personal information to any third party, who is not a party in interest ("party in interest" shall include those agents of customer's/client's credit card company, for purposes of processing credit card verification or collection agency for processing recovery of bad debt), which includes but is not limited to, their name, address, telephone number, credit card numbers, and purchase history without prior written authorization of our customer/client. All customer/client information shall be kept secure and only used by authorized employees of LPS for purposes of processing customer/client orders and or communicating directing with said customer/client regarding upcoming sales events.
